Others can't see my trade depot

Why can't I see other people trade depot, also other people can't see my trade depot too but if I advertise it into global trade HQ. Other people can buy it.

I mean when my friends come to visit my town, they can't see any goods that I'm selling. And I can't buy anything from my friends too. But the trade depot in Daniel's city works fine!
