1. Where can i find those 3 new items?    LEdit : I saw that we can find this in LOOT DROPS....

2. Where can i convert SimCash to golden keys?  

It would be nice if you make a more descriptive How to Play this Game manual and on every update we have a more documented description of what is in that update.

I believe the bubbles that you see in neighboring city's are called loot drops, I suspect that's where the items will pop. Cheers

If you go in to the item you want to buy with keys then buy it it will ask if you want to purchase it with cash
