Lightning wars?

Hey folks, I've forgotten the timing for lightning wars. I know it's 6 hours of prep but how many hours of attack? Is it 12 or 18? My club is spread between Turkey, UK and Germany as well as most US time zones including Hawaii so this is going to be a delicate dance. Thanks for refreshing my memory!
