Is the Rowing Center worth it?

I'm just wondering if the beach building Rowing Center is worth the purchase? 

It costs an astounding 250 simcash, but has 30% population boost and covers a large area. 

Should I buy it? Or waste my simcash on something else?

@DEADEYE1112 i have bought a few rowing centres but the luxury boat marina gives the same benefit but costs 50 gold keys instead which might be the better option

Yeah, but for getting it, I would need to buy the lighthouse and the sailor mans pier. 

With all 3, that's a total of 87 gold keys!!

@DEADEYE1112 this is true, but are you not doing the pop up challenges? because there is a beach challenge where you have to build sailormans pier, also for epic buildings sailormans pier is another 3 point building
