In game communications and ratings between players [ Edited ]

This game is fun but missing one thing.  

Please make it it so we can communicate within the game with these features:

1,  When visiting another city I would like to be able to RATE and COMMENT to the city I am visiting. 

2,  I would like to SAVE the city to MY favorites list to visit again.

3,  I would like to know who saved me to favorites and commented to me and be able to visit their city too, and become game friends.

4,  All of this would be great within the game so I do not HAVE to beg my Facebook friends to play etc.

Same here. I was really hoping the communications tower was going to provide this sort of thing

Even something as simple as a heart to favorite a city as well as a "Thumbs Up" and a "Thumbs Down" to indicate your preference for revisiting or avoiding certain cities.
