I would like to pave an urban plaza please!

★★ Apprentice

Hi.

Recently I decided to construct a plaza in my city to feature Holiday events and track items. The concept was loosely based on large paved plazas in Europe and China.

I would like to suggest to SimCity BuildIt designers to add some sort of a pavement square to the landscaping ...A simple grey concrete look would suffice I just would like to have this plaza appear paved as opposed to grass covered.

Thank You.

New Goodland Mayor.

@NewGoodland  I agree and second your suggestion. It looks great as is but a courtyard indicates paving or cobblestones. That feature would tie all these structures together in the urban environment. As it is on the grass, you don't get that 'city center or town Square you are looking for.

They could have 3 or 4 selections, plain to fancy. Would look great!

@NewGoodland  Looks great and the ability to change surface color and  @cricket4103 cobblestone suggestion would be awesome. In the meantime you could use water and perhaps include a casino city park to add a special effect.

@NewGoodland  that's what I have done. Used water or trees to outline green paths. Kinda pulls it together. I use a lot of trees. In the Capital they cost simbucks but in the Regions the small ones are Regional simoleans. Use the Export HQ to sell stuff & power up your Regonal bank to buy small regional forests. Don't be in a rush, these things take time. Glad we could give you some ideas!
