How to contact REAL EA support and not computer generated answers?

Hello! 

Its getting worse and worse. Every time we contact EA support, we get automatic replies which do NOT have anything to do with the real issue! 

EA!! Wake up! I don't know any other company, which doesn't care of its customers in the same way EA does. 

We don't want to get automatic answers from people who don't know what SimCity is!!! 

So, how is it possible to get in contact with the real EA support?
