EA are really good with their Customer Service and the Answers HQ is filled with awesome helpers!

To contact technical support you can go to the in game help section. If you have a generic question you can post it in the forum and if someone has insight they will share (game players like you and I) or a Community Manager will also help as they travel through the forum. Good luck.
