Tourist - Culture buildings show "DEBUG - Need prerequisite building"

If I bulldoze the building and remake it, it is fine for about an hour (in game time) then it goes back to the DEBUG message.

How can I fix this?

What you don't like that an important aspect of the game is broken??? lol,

Currectly there is no fix for it. They are supposed to fix it within their next patch/update. Although we've been hearing about this patch for some time now, i suspect they are just working out the fine details so they can actually fix an impotant part of the game. My susgestion is to turn the building off for now save your money and when release the update turn it back on. Cheers!

This is not actually a bug.  You are actually missing a prerequisite building.  This happened to me and all my tourist attractions stopped working, it turned out my department of tourism had burned down, I rebuilt it and everything was fine again.
