SimCity can't start a game

Reinstalled SimCity after about a year of not playing. Game installed fine (on E drive), updated fine. The game starts, through both game short cut and through Origin interface. When I click on "Getting Started" to begin a new game...it tells me this is disabled. So, All I can basically do is look at the splash screen. I'm not on a server, just single player.

Nevermind. I figured out that the .EXE needed admin permission. It works fine now. =)
