Hi @hrhuae - In order to help, we will need a bit more information. What exactly happens when you try to launch the game? Did it install correctly? Do you get any error messages? How did you purchase the game - through Origin or Aspyr?
There is a known issue with Macs running Mojave 10.14.4 and higher.
