Hi @aldanade - the game uses your local delivery trucks to ship resources to the Great Works site.
To send the resources to GW:
- Have Trade Ports/Depots with the resources in storage (you can add and change types of storage in the building edit menu)
- Max out your delivery trucks/garages in your Trade Port/Depot
- Trade Ports/Depots MUST be set to "Use Locally" or "Import" (NOT "Export")
It can help speed things up by placing the depots/ports as close as possible to the entrance, so your delivery trucks don't get stuck in local city traffic. Also keep an eye on the delivery trucks, to be sure they're not getting stuck in regional traffic.
Only click "Build It" from one of the cities in the region. It can take some time for the other cities to sync and see the GW being built, you just need to wait for the sync to occur. The most important thing about synching Great Works is to NEVER press "Build" or interact with the Great Works in the other city!! If you do this before the game synchs the two cities, it will irreparably corrupt the region and your GW will never build properly.
If you're not seeing a change, log out and then back in to force a sync.
