Passenger Train Station (Only one station is used) [ Edited ]

I have two train station, one at the front of my city and one towards the back of the city.  The trains only go to the first station, and not the second one leaving over 3000 passengers waiting at the 2nd train station with 936 min waiting time.  Is this a bug?http://s693.photobucket.com/user/Apolloskouros/media/Spark_2013-07-23_22-29-17_zps0a299254.mp4.html

I didn't realize the video would be so short, but I will try to upload a longer video tomorrow showing only the first station getting used.

I have this problem too but my city was making alot of money off tourism but this bug brought my money down from 500/h to -9000/h This game should be a WIP because there is just so many DEVASTATING bugs!

I really like Simcity but this bug is killing my city! This is WAY more important than bigger city plots and highways etc etc. Just why EA!

bug fix is still not fixed years later, be aware. advancing in game is near impossible and very frustrating with the bug. I tried all the workarounds and there no good. its the simcity 4 traffic issue all over again. I hoped this version would be playable. if you cant progress in the game you cant play the game EA. I bought the game when this bug was years in action and now its worthless.
