Cannot download SimCity Complete Ed./ download error/ say yes when Windows asks

★★ Novice

At first, it seemed that the download was made, but after that it went on a loop asking to install, then download, then instal... Sometimes during the download it would say there was an error downloading, and came back to the loop.

After uninstalling Origin, deleting all files, and reinstalling it, it has begun to display a download error, saying that I should say "yes" when prompted by Windows, and I'm running Origin on a Mac.

It has been on for a couple days now, and I just can't seem to get the game...

Hi @MGeromini - Are you running MacOS Catalina? Apple dropped support for 32-bit games like SimCity, beginning with MacOS Catalina 10.15. There is more information in this post: https://answers.ea.com/t5/SimCity-2013/Mac-SimCity-and-MacOS-Catalina/m-p/8298578#M127940 , including some options for running 32-bit games after upgrading to Catalina.

If you are not on Catalina and you're exhibiting this issue, please provide more information about your Mac. Instructions on how to do so here - https://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/461...

@BlackjackWidow Yes I'm running Catalina. I've found a thread about it later. Thanks anyway.
