I honestly think that last patch screwed more stuff up, I think our traffic problems got worse and while some things are now working in the region other things suddenly aren't.

Sorry to say I was doing some Bata testing on SimCity . but Win came first , one of the problem is going to be in Glass box from Microsoft ,The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing . I went through of 4 hours + where X-BOX and Media Center and Win8 team don't even commutate be tween each other . .It should not been build on the Glass Box They don't have the bugs out of Win 8 .I own a Company that builds High end AMD computers. and destroyed a brand new computer with 6 core 1090 in it . They are going to have problems for a least 6 + month to come . so have fun and my guess is that the person ,or CEO is leaving EA.

Worker Sims do not posses education nor tech level properties.
Students carry "education" to the buildings they return to.
Universities and Community colleges provide resources for industries to increase tech level the same way as a water tower provides water. Water towers draw water from the water table, and send out water agents to buildings. College and Uni draw resources from the attending students, and pump "tech level agents" to the road network, sending them to the industrial buildings. These agents doesn't leave the city border.

Yeah, I completely ran out of space, becuase I had to build a (MASSIVE) university with add-ons to get my (MASSIVE) processor and consumer electronics plants to function. And you have to build a TON of them to get your electronics HQ fully upgraded. I had to bulldoze all of my industry just to get enough workers at the plants.
