Blurry When Zoomed In

After finally getting the game to work, I quickly noticed that whenever I zoom in on any part of my city, the graphics become unusually blurry. Is this working as intended, or is it indeed a bug of some kind?

I've got really blurry graphics too. The vehicles, sims, etc. are so blurry, and it's very annoying. I'm running dual Radeon HD 6850s.

I changed my tilt-shift to Less and it looks much better.

I'm assuming this is happening when you zoom into your city and move the camera quickly or try to follow a person or vehicle.  The effect is meant to sort of reflect a sort of 'speed blur.' 

You can solve this simply by modifying your tilt-shift.

If it is blurry at all times even with the camera not moving then its a graphical error kind of unique to you and perhaps anyone else using your graphic card & drivers.  Try the simple solution (that i'm sure you have) and maxxing out your settings if you think the computer can run it.  Otherwise update your graphic card drivers.

I too have this problem. Tilt shift set to low seems to help.

@Dethelan This worked for me too. I put it to less and now when I zoom in, everything is good.
