MDF menu binding

As there is no chance to bind keys to choose tyre compound for the next pitstop, or choose if you want to replace you'r front wing, it would be great that this functions were introduced. As one of the thousads of players that has a custom wheel or a hight end wheel, it wold be very practical to be able to choose the tyre compound with a rotatory encoder or the front wing replacement with a lever switch! Also it would be nice to be able to bind radio messages to keys and be able to inform of a pit stop, or get race info without having to distract searching in the radio pannel.

This isn't something difficult to introduce and i hope that this functions could be added in future updates!
