Confusion with Suspension and ARB settings

The default settings for Suspension and ARB in the game's provided 5 different setups mostly all have the front Suspension and front ARB set very high (10 usually) and the rear set to 1. Why such extreme differences between front and rear?

@jecunningham128 I think this is to help pad gamers to have less oversteer and more comfortable car on throttle for the corner exit.

@jecunningham128 Same I'm on Fanatec CSL ELite and I'm arround 4 ang 7 on Front and 1 and 5 on Rear.
