Scrabble Game on iOS 12.3.1 cannot reach server...

Seem like every year at this same general time the game shut down and will not connect to server. Please correct this.

Have verified that my device and network connection is all good.

@EA_Cade Seems to be working again, thank you! Is there some reason that this seems to happen every June/July? Maintenance cycle or something?

@zqstockhound Not 100% sure to be honest, I know the day you posted we were rolling out updates though, that would have caused connectivity issues during that time-frame.

Issue has recurred out of the blue...can someone please inform me either how to correct/prevent or WHY this continues to recur.

Yes, and when I try to login, as soon as I hit the ea login button the message box appears network error appears...I am connect to wifi and data just fine. ANY game with friends seems to be blocked. Also, if it helps, the facebook login is ditthered (but I do not use facebook anyway) and I have no game history shown...it is like being stuck in some restricted mode.

Also, I have rebooted my phone, and even updated the scrabble app once again (v 5.3.3) and this has made no difference.

This has happened to me too. I have checked everything and reinstalled still not working. Help please
