I used to be able to set the music volume all the way down in SCRABBLE so that I did not have to hear it.
I like to listen to other things on my phone: podcasts, streaming radio, etc. and SCRABBLE has interfered with that in years gone by.
Today, it seems that whilst SCRABBLE is loaded, it plays music constantly at the level set by the phone's media volume rather than the level I set in the app itself (zero). I wondered whether it was an advert that was doing it at first and reported the one that was on screen. Tried restarting the phone but the first time I reloaded SCRABBLE, the music came on again. It's about 30 seconds of annoying repeated brass, which prompts me to immediately stop playing and exit the app. It is playing even if I switch to the home screen, another app or even turn off the the phone screen. I have to quit the app. or turn off all my media to silence the loop.
