purchase problem

i've tried to subsribe 3 times now, twice with IDEAL. (payment has been taken) and once with paypal (not deducted yet) and have not recieved any subscriber time or my money back.

 

is there a way i can get either my money back, or the subscription?

Support are refunding the purchases, so they will process back , once the below is done you will be good to purchase again

 

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona player8mv5bb88 (not Electroboar) that EA account uses the same gmail email as on your swtor account

 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

 

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I'm having the same issue, I bought the subscription from steam, and i didn't receive it and then they tell me to call Ea and get my refund from you guys. or check my email for a code to be redeemed? its been two days. haven't gotten an email I'd like to get it refunded and resub scribe not using steam

Your purchase is with steam so for refunds you gave your money to steam not swtor, steam saying talk to to ea for example for refund is incorrect

will need the swtor displayname to check if email (send from email on the swtor account) arrives or if there is an account issue needing to get sorted
