Just to confirm again you also deleted the character xml file in the GUIProfiles folder , I haven't seen reference to it, just the he6122 in the settings folder.

i haven't mentioned it because there was no Nebdus xml file GUIProfiles folder
Should i delete or check the character whos GUI profile is my Nebdus character currently using?

the problem with repair button is that is grayed out, nor click able at the moment

Thanks for the launcher fix but...
"the repair option is activated after patching is completed or when errors are detected while patching" so still not activated

On the non streaming launcher , you should always have the ability to conduct a repair , repair however is only activated after login, then when the play lights up and before you press play , repair should be able to be activated.
If this is not the case then it isn't normal.

ok i managed to make the repair button to work
tried two times
once when DiskCache and GUI file deleted
still no results
I wonder when they will respond to my ticket
