Support can see you subbed via steam , they said on swtor it was declined , maybe due to the new EU rules ?

support suggest troubleshooting first 

the usual billing troubleshooting is wait at least 24 hours before another attempt, use paypal, re-add card, talk to bank because new EU rules may be blocking, call swtor support if it persists

@proxos666 Finally got it working after going through so many processess. The incognito mode was the final trick to get this working for me after the ea account reset.
