You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona set (not twister6556) that EA account uses a yahoo email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Support said your account looks ok
if trying to sub on swtor.com try using incognito mode on chrome or clear the web browser cache and cookies
edit - they said you have a sub and that there is a mail in the queue for the steam purchase

My display name is Kettering. I have struggled with this issue for over a week. I have changed passwords on both EA and SWTOR twice. I have changed browsers and I still am not able to subscribe to SWTOR. In the beginning the purchase would not complete. Now, I receive a Maintenance screen. I have been locked out of my EA account because of the issues. I was allowed into my account today, I reset all the passwords on both EA and SWTOR. I switched browsers and still have a Maintenance screen.
What is the solution? This is aggravating. I have a ticket with EA SWTOR that has not been answered.

Ok it appears the linked EA account with the persona thetagamma using a @endrix. is presently banned and i believe a reply was sent on the 08th Feb to contact EA
that email not the one on your swtor account
you will need to open a ticket at help.ea.com for a banned origin account , once that is fixed, purchasing on swtor will be fixed too

Can't sub to the game, both SWtor account and EA account have the same email. Orgin not even showing I have swtor. Swtor user name Redditjedi.
