Hello,
when i'm trying to enter a code or to subscribe it shows me an error: "The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later."
or "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic.."
but it's been a week now and I have reset my password but still the same error?
Does anyone know what is going on?

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account with the persona: sully94240 that account uses a gmail email , different mail from swtor
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I have the same issue, my display name is: rileymill. I've been trying for about a month or so, and I have a code that I'm trying to redeem for subscription.
