did you raise the ticket at help.ea.com as per my original post ?

you will need to open a ticket at help.ea.com for a banned origin account , once that is fixed, purchasing on swtor will be fixed too

Yes, I have. I have found the documentation showing when my ThetaGamma account was hacked. I can upload it here if that will do any good. Please let me know. 

I have added a transcript of a chat this morning. I have also sent the documents to ea.help.com. Unfortunately, SWTOR will not allow me to redeem time codes purchased elsewhere.
