Hello, so I have purchased your one month subscription through steam and your site now, as I was informed that steam has had several problems with this. Now I have subscribed on your site and was hopeful that it would show and fix my sub status. But its still saying preferred. I have the payments saying they are authorized. However I am missing the status. My account name is TheKingTut on the game. I am quite upset that I have spent now over 50 bucks trying to fix the problem. I do however plan to contact support via phone tomorrow, as its closed currently. But I also wished to make a post here to see if it can be fixed here without having to contact phone support.
