support dont see an email from the email attached to swtor account yet ? with the codes 

 

they wan to know what you want done with the 2 x 60 day purchases 

 

refund both and wait for the amazon code , refund one and add 60 days or add 120 days game time ?

I just tried to buy 60 sub days and it gave me an error message but still charged me.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona eviljake52 (not RenegadeR3d) that EA account uses a yahoo email 

 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

 

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

 

That purchase you made has been placed in the refund queue so it will refund over the following days

 

Once you reset the above account , purchasing will work as intended

@proxos666 I sent them the email Wednesday 1/14 at 7:14 PST giving the support team the Amazon code asking for my other transactions to be refunded and them to enter the code since it isn't working on my side. I'll resend the email that is linked to my SWTOR account and try another email address in case it still isn't working while attaching my original SWTOR account.

If all that still doesn't work, then at that point, just refund one and add the 60 days, and I will try the Amazon Code at a later date.
