If it is sent from the aol email on the swtor account is ok , just for your awareness you do have an EA account using that AOL email , you would be on that account if you are posting here as jaybird1968 not the EA account your posting on as jaybird70633

@proxos666 , I'm also having the same problem where I purchased a month sub through Steam and it isn't appearing on my account status. I emailed all the information to support. My swtor user name is Drakensan, i sent the e-mail from the same e-mail on the account Any help would be appreciated and I can supply any information needed, thanks.

Support have refunded that purchase , so that will process back now
to fix the account,
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona maxjellyfish (not PantherUm) that EA account uses a mail.ru email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona set (not blackhole2211) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
