My bank account is showing 2 charges for subscriptions, but my game account is still showing preferred status and not subscribed.

Support have added the game time from the code and are refunding the 2 purchases, you should be good now.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona hogs09 (not tinyhogs09) that EA account uses the same email that is on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (put the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support are scheduling the 2 previous purchases for a refund so they will proccess back next week , once the above is sorted you will be good to purchase again

Ok thank you, I still have all four charges in my cards will they be refunded automatically or do I have to take further action?

Swtor have scheduled them to be refunded once they close so nothing further needs to be done

Ea account megmoogs , swotor account megx all the same email account. Steam purchase and gifted a sub neither are showing up. My steam is linked to my swotor and ea account with the above names. I have changed pe many times and used different browsers. Nothing has worked. I have 2 tickets in.

Subbed a little while ago and still stuck as preferred. Says I still have 29 days of subscription but its not applying in game. TheOzzman

If you have not already, please submit proof of purchase as per here. I forwarded for a status check but may not be till Monday for a response.
