hey @proxos666 , I'm also having the same problem where I purchased a month sub through Steam and it isn't appearing on my account status. I emailed all the information to support already but I haven't received a response. Any help would be appreciated and I can supply any information needed, thanks.

Hi, I recently tried various methods of payment to get a subscription going for SWTOR to play with a few friends, but with multiple attempts of trying with Paypal, two different credit cards as well as a prepaid card on my account, I decided to take this approach and hopefully seek a resolution to this. On my account, it still shows me being F2P despite there being two "successful" payment transactions for the one-time 60-day sub. 

 

Before the one-time 60-day sub transaction attempt, I had tried to simply do a 30-day sub using two different VISA cards, which gave me an error message. I also tried doing a prepaid SWTOR subscription card from Amazon and entering the code, the first time it gave me the same error message as I tried with the VISA cards, then when I tried entering it again, I got a new error message saying "This code has already been used" which obviously was not the case since I had no info on my account for there being a sub active.

 

Hope this can be resolved soon
