I seem to be having the same issue that everyone else has been having. I have made three payments across two bank accounts for the 60 day subscription and am still listed as preferred. What can I do to fix this?

I payed for subscription and it isn't coming through Site Name: MonkeyDerp
It went through on card but no email or update

Having the same issue here i payed it went through on bank account but no updates in email or in game still just preferred rank. SWTOR SITE NAME: MonkeyDerp

I have the same problem. Bought a 60- day pass. It was deducted from my account, but still prefered ingame. It says the transaction has status closed.
