Hi there!

 

I paid for a 60 day subscription (Non-Recurring), said error at first and I tried again, it ended up paying for the subscription twice, both saying error when trying to pay for them. I ended up trying to pay for it again using PayPal and that also took it out of my VISA card. I have contacted SWTOR support on email today and I sent them screenshots of those payments.

support are refunding 2 of the transactions , so they will process back

 

They have added 60 days game time to your account as well, so you should be good now

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona garlor101 (not Garlor_102) that EA account uses the same hotmail email as on your swtor account

 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

 

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

 

Seems your email isnt there , maybe try resending and can check again

@proxos666 I got the same Problem as the person above. I purchased 60day game time last sunday and didn't recieve my subscribtion yet. I paid for it and the transaction status says "closed". What can I do now?
