I have the same problem, I tried it Normal and i got the error saying it cant go through then I tried PayPal and got the same error so I tried it through steam and it said it went through, but the sub is not applied to the game. looked and I was charged  2 times from the web site and charged on steam.. I only want one of them and my game does not show that im a sub.. How can i get my money back.  account name is : Jehirsch

Support are refunding both purchases 

 

to fix the account 

 

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona jhirsch2009 (not Ravenshadowz) that EA account uses the same yahoo email as on your swtor account

 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

 

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Adiquiri assinatura de 30 dias pelo steam, ate o momento não teve o upgrade de minha conta. Não sei como resolver isso pois o suporte da EA é bem complicado de se encontrar uma resposta.

Just paid for 1 month of SWTOR and it says it went through and i have 29days left of sub play time and yet when i log in it doesn't have my profile adjusted to reflect that, still in what is now called a 'preferred' mode which is limited like the free-to-play version. Please fix this asap as my time and money as of right now are being pissed away. My user account log in name is Orphronius. Thank you
