Subscription Issues 2021 (not steam purchases) bought from swtor.com

account is fine , use incognito mode on chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies and see if it persists

Hi, My SWTOR name is Ellenral and I'm also not able to subscribe.

I installed from the website itself (not from steam) and I have already tried changing password and changing browsers (edge, firefox, and mobile chrome all encounter the same error).

I also cannot subscribe. I have re-set and changed my passwords on both the swtor site and the ea site. Downloaded Chrome just to try it there and still getting the maintainece message. My username is Khudkushi

I bought a 90 Day Subscription on January 31, but today my account went to preferred.

Support said you were on a 7 day referral ? maybe you removed the payment method before the referral is up as that is when the charge occurs so you didnt get charged 

support also noticed failed purchase attempts today , maybe try a different payment method they think it may have been declined by your bank
