I'm subscribed on the website with 43 days remaining before renewal, but when I log into my game it says I am preferred status.

I cant purchase any Gametime and/or Suscription.

Everytime i try, i get the following: An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}
In the Buy History is a 2 month suscription from 04.01.2021...but ungame i´m still just preferred account

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona zukasa3011 (not StromYo) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (use the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support are refunding the 3 purchases made whilst the account was disabled, you will be ok to purchase again after the password reset happens.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona ( log in and set one ) (not Vahur22) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (use the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
