I purchased a 60 day subscription from the swtor.com website and received the error message ""An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." My bank account was charged $32.46 but I did not receive my subscription time. My swtor account name is khojoot.

Support are refunding that purchase so that will process back now
to fix the account ,
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona khojoot (not psijiic) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
once done you will be good to purchase again

Trying to subscribe after a few years of being gone.
Changed EA Password.
Did Incognito.
Different browser.
Updated my payment info.
etc and none of it is working.

To further clarify, I am getting the standard "high traffic, maintenance" message every time I try.

Support said your account is ok now , use incognito mode in chrome , or delete the web browser cache and cookies if it persists

What is the timeframe on refunds? I have not been refunded yet but I'm not sure if it takes a few days.
