Subscriber Reward

I haven't received my subscriber rewards for the early access like some have trying to figure out if i did something wrong the bike and such some one said it was in the mail but i never got it.

This is something that has happened in the past, with many people needing their rewards, it's sent out over time not immediately for everyone.  You'll need to allow up to 24 hours for you to receive the reward via the in-game mail.

Every other sub reward has had this happen and their script just has to fully run through everyone.  Sometimes logging out then back in helps too.

same thing only i also cannot access the new mission even though i was subbed the entire time

@VarrickThraeYep, try closing the client and restarting fully, too. 

The mail in question is "Your KotoR-Inspired Swoop!" for the reward mount. 

@shadowborn430 As for starting the Early Access to KotFE, there should be a purple mission terminal on your ship, that should let you get the ball rolling. 

If you have Early Access you should have a "Welcome to Knights of the Fallen Empire mail, which has an attached item, "Flag: Alliance (standing)".

So apparently my account doesn't qualify because my credit card I have been using since pre-order had expired for a total of 12 hours from when I updated it in August. This shouldn't prevent me from getting the early access

To qualify for the Early Access Bonus, you must have qualified for each of the four rewards by being a subscriber on each of the 4 listed reward dates. Once you qualify you may enter and play Knights of the Fallen Empire on October 20, 2015, seven (7) days prior to live launch on October 27, 2015.
