Subscribed but shows I'm preferred

I've been trying to play this game for years but my laptop wouldn't run it and I finally am able to play got my first character to level 20 and I wanted to try a different class with a different race so after I set up my security key I subscribed for 60 days on the website but when I logged on to my game it said I was a preferred player and I can't use any of the races you get for being subscribed I've restarted my game and even reinstalled it =[

I'm having the same issue as of yesterday. I've had a recurring sub for awhile and logged in yesterday to find out that i was now preferred status, which was weird so I went and purchased a sub. I'm still listed as preferred status in game, despite the charge for the sub showing in my swtor payment history and my credit card. How can I get this issue fixed?

Support see your mail , there doesn't appear to be any account issue , have you tried to purchase again, not sure why it didnt renew ?
