Bought subscription through Steam, still preferred status a day later

I bought a 30 day sub of off steam, and I still haven't received it. I attached the chat to what steam is saying to me and probably others. Do I have to give my Transaction ID in PM? Can issue be resolve here at EA Support? Or this is STEAM problem and I can't do anything about that?

Hello.I purchased 30 day sub from Steam,but i am still preferred,(i played and payed before) I received the receipt,the money gone from my card,but nothing happended. My steam and swtor account linked,i mean i can unlink it,so i think it linked.

My swtor account name is :janiandroll

My steam account name just as well: janiandroll while the id is: stogad
