SWTOR username is flamespectrum, if necessary I can send the purchase receipt

Ive been trying to solve the issue over the last 90 minutes, I downloaded the game, launched it on steam, worked fine, Purchased a subscription, and my account is still free to play, I have only logged into one account through steam, and from what I can tell its either not linked or I have been charged for a product I have not revived. I have relaunched steam and SWTOR and steam multiple times, and nothing works.

Hello, i have an old account linked to EA. ( user name : Abdellah ) . I just downloaded the game via steam and bought a 30 days subscription also via steam. The sub never appeared, and steam told me the transaction is done and there is nothing they can do. Can someone help me please ?
