Steam subscription not working.

How do they not get 2 separate email responses from a gmail account which they have sent two emails to and received/responded to the original email from?

We're going on a month now of me paying for 2 months subscription and getting nothing for it. I know you're a volunteer here, but this whole situation is ludicrous.

I cant answer why the emails arent arriving , oversize attachments maybe getting blocked by a mail filter maybe ? try and keep them below 2mb if they are large

calling and uplaoding is likely best as that way you know they have them and it can get sorted in like 48hrs from that point

This is now happening to us. EA is a frakking joke. I hate them more and more.

We tried to subscribe through my husband's account and it sent us to a maintenance page, repeatedly. Tried the work arounds mentioned in the forums. No luck. So I bought him 60 days of time, via Steam, thinking maybe we can approach from a different manner. He accepted the time on his Steam account and downloaded the Steam version. He tried logging in via Steam and it still says free to play account. Now he is uninstalling the original install from EA, and trying that.

It is almost like EA doesn't want money. Seriously. Just sell your crap industry and let someone else handle the show.

the maint page appears when the account purchasing is disabled , so no gametime can be applied to the swtor account no matter where it is bought from

Like I said above.. we TRIED that. different browsers and everything. It did NOT work.

It doesn't ask for your email in the password reset page, it asks for name.
