Steam subscription not working.

the reason they wont of responded is they did not get the email 

call swtor support when the lines are open you can request to upload the screenshots to an ea ticket whilst on the phone

How do they not get 2 separate email responses from a gmail account which they have sent two emails to and received/responded to the original email from?

We're going on a month now of me paying for 2 months subscription and getting nothing for it. I know you're a volunteer here, but this whole situation is ludicrous.

I cant answer why the emails arent arriving , oversize attachments maybe getting blocked by a mail filter maybe ? try and keep them below 2mb if they are large

calling and uplaoding is likely best as that way you know they have them and it can get sorted in like 48hrs from that point
