Thank you, I have now logged into my EA account with the linked email. I wondered why it wouldn't let me change my email on Quasp3r. I have resent the email so hopefully it will now go through, unlike the last one. Thank you for your help.

Hi, sorry to be a bother. Could you somehow check to see if my email has now gone through? I've been gifted a 7 day subscription to tie me over so that's nice, but still would prefer the 30 days I paid for lol. Thank you.

I asked 12 hrs ago and there was no email at that point
if you are able call swtor support when the lines open , you can request to upload the screenshots to a ea ticket whilst on the phone, this will ensure they have the screenshots

not from swtor , as you didnt buy from them you have given your money to steam (3rd party vendor) to cancel a steam subscription it also needs to be done on steam, this is why they need the proof of purchase to add the game time they do not have access to purchases on steam.
you can try emailing from a different domain like gmail , just be sure to include the swtor username , however cannot track that email easily , calling at least then you know they have the screenshots.

Visit Account Details, where you can edit your payment method on record or cancel a Subscription at any time. Your cancelled Subscription will remain active until the paid plan expires.

Support still cannot find an email from you , so for them to help they need to get the proof of purchase (pop) screenshots
100% way is to call swtor support when the lines open and request to upload the pop to an ea ticket whilst your on the phone.
will be fixed in a few days from that point

Responded directly to the email sent by François-Xavier, from the same Gmail account it was sent to, which is the same as my SWTOR email, with a SWTOR ID in the response, 7 days ago.
Still no response.

the reason they wont of responded is they did not get the email
