Yes it's been discussed ad nauseum, but my 60 day sub isn't activating. All accounts are linked etc, and I've used it before months ago and had no problem then. I've done everything the sticky post says, contacting support with the pictures etc etc. It's been over a week and not a whiff of a response from them. I've tried calling them on both the australia and usa phone numbers provided, and the automated voice says to just ask on these forums.
Any idea when someone checks the support emails?? I'd like my sub please.

If you are calling, request to upload the screenshots required to an EA ticket whilst your on the phone, support still cant see an email from you for some reason.
least if you upload if calling you know they will have the proof of purchase, then it should be sorted quicker

what is the swtor username , can check if the emails arrived , current response time is 48hrs
as to calling you need to call when the lines are open
for me in qld that is between 1am and 10 am Tues - Sun as they operate UTC time Mon - Sat

SWTOR username is Maqeurious, I'm assuming it's the display name on swtor.com.
Yes I'll be trying again to call, looks like for me in west aussie it's between 11pm-7am. Good thing I finish work at 11pm :/

Subscription has been added and all is good. Will never use Steam to purchase subscription ever again though.

Glad to hear it is sorted
steam subscription only usually fails for 2 reason
1. the steam account is not linked to the swtor account when the sub is purchased (to link it is best to login to swtor via steam and load a character and then it is linked correctly)
2. the linked ea account to the swtor account is disabled or banned , this disables purchasing in swtor and no matter even if you can purchase from swtor.com the game time will fail to add.

I am currently having the same problem, bought the subscription two days ago, both the sub itself and the legacy of the sith expansion cause the first wasn't working, and nothing still. Accounts should be linked fine, and I sent in my support ticket via email, but this is just really frustrating after spending 55 bucks on both just for nothing to happen D:

I am also having this problem. I have been subscribed through steam for over a year now and this has never happened. I have sent the email off with the required information days ago and still nothing.
