SWTOR.com is temporary unavailable while purchasing subscription

Good afternoon,

For third day in a row I'm trying to buy subscription plan and I receive as following:

"SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details!"

I tried a lot of stuff from this portal or google search and I don't seem anything is working. 

Anyone has recent issue like that solved?

Best to open an EA ticket via help.ea.com for a banned origin account

@proxos666 do you know how to perform that? should I call one of the EA support numbers or there is some special button to raise a ticket without calling them? I went through the webpage and I don't see anything like reporting anything about my account. Thank you in advance
