Returning player - login failed

★★★ Newbie

I am a returning player that originally pre-ordered the game, but am having issues logging in.

DisplayName is Urahaira
I have an authenticator.
I have reset the password using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen twice in the past 24h, received the e-mail both times and updated the password both times.

When I try to log in, I get a generic Login Failed error.

I called and spoke with support yesterday to get the issue resolved. Paras assisted me by removing the authenticator, then we reset the password again and I was able to access the account. Took all of 10 minutes at the most!

All good now!

@CyberHype

you need to call swtor support when the lines open , if you have issues with both no security code and no password ....

Create new account its not a option, its a preorder collector account with around 3000+ of game play and bunch of cartel coins, but thank you for your assistance, its a EA fault with this nonsense 2000 support option, maybe they will ask for some documents that must be sent through fax.

Will try some ticket, i play games to de-stress, and i don't want to call anyone, when i brought the game i didn't call no one, simple got online, like everything nowadays, this call thing its absurd, not even my bank ask for call....
