Hey, I subbed well over an hour now but it still says im preff status, anything to do that can fix this? My account name is "tintoa".

I seem to be having the same issue. I subscribed earlier today at about 11:35AM. The 500 cartel coins showed up in my account, but the account itself still shows up as Preferred, despite my account on the website telling me I have 29 days remaining of premium play.

Dear EA_Chimere and staff,

I'm pretty certain you've got your hands full already...
I hope you don't mind checking on another account...
Today I (re-)subbed to SW:TOR, "some" (roughly an hour, ~16:00 CEST) time ago.
In the past it activated immediatelly, now I have been waiting for some time. I'm usually not the guy that is impatient but it seems a bit weird, regarding how many accounts seem to have this issue.
SWTOR.COM says "You have 29 days of subscription play time remaining." - Payment is listed as "OPEN", tho I got the confirmation of PayPal, that the payment has gone through.
Would you be so kind to give it a look? (I restarted the client multiple times)

EDIT: Status is now "CLOSED", nothing changed in SW:TOR tho, after restarting neither.

I paid for a recurring subscription this morning (10 am) and still preferred account.

Problem with my subscription plan

Hi, I have a problem with my subscription plan.

 

I subscribed today, the payment is showing in my bank account, the subscription tab on SWTOR.com is saying "You have 59 days of subscription play time remaining" but in game I'm still Free-to-Play Status and it's also not 'tick' at "My Account" tab.

 

My user name is MarekVys. Could you help me? From forum, I see that I am not the only one with this problem.

@Lanxaph I have my hands full indeed but it's an easy fix. Unfortunately for now I have to do it manually, but it's being worked on in the background.
