Hello!
Have the same problem, re-subscribed today, it shows 29 days left, but still no premium status in game or on My accaunt tab on the swtor website.
I tried to cancel my subscribtion and resubscribe with my wife's bank card (she just subsctibed with no issues) but it only tool 1$ from her account and still nothing

You should be sorted now and the lost day has been readded.
The 1$ is a pre-authorization fee that will be refunded automatically as well.

I subscribed yesterday and it shows 29 days left on the account subscription page.
However in-game I am still classed as preferred.

Hi, I have same problem, purchased subscription yesterday 2019/04/05 6:22 PM GMT. Says 59 days left, but ingame preferred status.
