Problem returning to the game

Hello,

I bought the Collectors Edition when it came out.

Played it then and now I'd like to return.

I no longer have the security key or the password.

 

I tried resetting the password but it won't do this without the security key.

I also can't login to remove the security key.

 

I emailed support but I received no supply.

Is there another way to resolve this?

Same issue here, your caught in a loop. You need the security key to access your serial number, but you can's access your serial number without a security key, Oh and BTW EA support says you can't have help if your not a subscriber, but you can't subscribe... etc.

EA support cant help with swtor they are separate support lines
